Took me ages cause I wanted to make it pretty :3
I was trying out new Eye style xD And some different shading :3
ALSO I did really thin lines this time

2 Pixel brush instead of 5

WOW I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS.

I should probably be more specific X3

Okay, the shading is awesome, I love the subtle details in her eye and her mouth, they really make it look real

Plus the definition of her skin is also lovely, how you made her cheekbones and nose stand out makes it look properly 3D.

Her hair is also very pretty, you could add more depth to that if you wanted to but to be honest I like it better the way it is. Her jumper is wonderfully baggy and cuddly-looking, I love how it folds around the crook of her arm and her hand.
And then there's that drink in her hand with the whipped cream and tiny sprinkles

All the details are fantastic, really shows off how much time you put into this

The background really compliments the subject matter, making it look all warm and cozy ^^
Finally there's the amazing tail and ears

It adds a sort of modern touch to a tradition hot-chocolate-enjoyment theme, which is an original twist in the story :3 I love the way you made it look properly metallic, it makes the picture that much more interesting

It's obvious how much effort and hard work you put into this, and the result is a pleasure to look at
